Health Tips:

  • Vision test once between ages 20-39
  • Breast self exam every month
  • Yearly physical exam including height, weight, blood pressure, skin cancer screening, breast and pelvic exams including pap test yearly or as recommended by your doctor
  • Mole self exam every month
  • Hearing test every 10 years
  • Blood and urine tests depending on your risk factors to check for diabetes, thyroid disease, urogenital infection, and/or heart disease
  • Lipid screening every 3 years
  • Tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Tdap) booster once every 10 years
  • STD tests (both partners) before initiating sexual intercourse
  • tenanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Tdap) booster once every 10 years
  • Yearly flu shot
