Check the women’s fitness guidelines to find out the type and amount of exercise you should be doing based on your age and level of fitness.

In the fitness tracking section, you’ll find a fitness calendar that you can customize to help you reach your goals. Set  goals for your weight and Body Mass Index (BMI), and then track your progress towards the goal.
