My Pregnancy

My Pregnancy puts a wealth of important tools and information at your fingertips. Determine your approximate due date with our Pregnancy Due Date Calculator. In My Current Stage, you can find classes, articles and information relative to the stage of pregnancy you are in, as well as specifics on what to expect from your pregnancy based on trimester. The Food Pyramid provides valuable nutritional information. And in Additional Resources, you’ll find a variety of tools and information – from How Baby Grows, which teaches you about the development of your baby from conception to birth, to the Pre-Pregnancy IQ, which gauges how much you know (or need to learn) about having a successful pregnancy and a healthy baby.

Woman’s Hospital has organized all relevant pregnancy information in an easy to use section called Stages of Pregnancy. Find everything from Preparing for Pregnancy, First Trimester, Second Trimester, Third Trimester, Special Needs and Postpartum – all on one page.

Pregnancy Due Date Calculator

This interactive Due Date Calculator will help you estimate the date your baby will arrive. Pregnancy usually lasts 40 weeks (280 days) from the first day of your last menstrual period. This calculator is a general guide – every pregnancy is unique so consult with your doctor because some babies arrive sooner or later than expected.

What was the date of the first day of your last menstrual period?

Fertilization of the egg usually takes place 14 days before a woman's next period. If your menstrual cycle is shorter or longer than 28 days, select the number of days from the start of one cycle to the start of the next cycle.
