Because your baby's organs will begin forming in the first four weeks of pregnancy, possibly even before you know you have conceived, the best way to give your baby a great start is to become physically and emotionally healthy and fit right now! Visit our online Health Library for articles on preparing for pregnancy, or stop by our "help yourself" Health Information Center located in Woman's Hospital, where we offer brochures and videotapes on women's health, maternal and infant care, and family life.
