Natural Rhythm Cycling

Enter the world of distance cycling. Understand and experience finding your own rhythm through riding longer lengths of time. Burn
800 - 900 calories in this class designed to give you (2) 40 minute rides with a bathroom and snack break in between. After riding, join us in the conference room for 25 - 30 minutes of bike specific yoga stretches. Feel inspired by your accomplishment. You are strong and beautiful!

Fitness level is intermediate to advanced.

Class limited to 13 participants, REGISTER EARLY!

Please arrive ~ 10 minutes early for bike set up, class will begin on time.

Required for class:

  • 40 - 50 ounces of water
  • Head phones
  • Yoga mat or beach towel
  • Healthy snack (fruit, nuts, trail mix, or energy bar)

Suggested for class:

  • Gel seat cover if needed

Highly recommended for class:

  • Basic heart rate monitor
