Women, Fitness and Weight Loss

wfwloss_cirA Personal Training and Weight Loss Program for Women Only!

Kick-start your wellness journey during the course of this comprehensive 6-week program. Experience weight loss through the balance of exercise, nutrition, and behavior modification. This program includes individual consultations with our Exercise Physiologist and supervised group personal training sessions. In addition, meet with our Registered Dietitian during individual consultations. The program’s objective is to help you create lifestyle changes you can commit to; and as a result, succeed in reaching your personal health goals.

The program includes:

  • 1-hour Individual Initial Fitness Assessment and Exercise Prescription
  • 1-hour Individual Post-Fitness Assessment
  • 1-hour Individual Nutrition Assessment
  • 3 Follow-Up Nutrition Sessions
  • 18 1-hour Group Exercise Sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer
  • Program Education Binder
  • Heart Rate monitor
  • Body Minder Journal
  • Healthy Steps Educational Seminar

To ensure optimal results for all participants we require that each participant has a Body Mass Index under 40. Please contact Pam Stone or Melissa Martin to determine eligibility. We do offer an alternative program for those with a BMI over 40.
